Kat Seth: New Members of Bbird
Having joined us in May of 2020, Kat Seth is the newest member of the Blackbird Team.
Kat received her Bachelor’s in Architecture from the nearby California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. Prior to returning to the Central Coast, Kat worked in San Francisco on single- and multi-family residential design.
Kat’s upbringing in Hawaii informs her design interests, both in site-specific architecture and indoor-outdoor spaces. A few of her favorite architects are Luis Barragan and Lina Bo Bardi for how they utilize light, materiality, and greenery in their work.
Outside of architecture, she enjoys reading and being by the ocean.
