Nazanin Parhoodeh: New Members of Bbird

Blackbird Architects has gained several new additions over the past year. We have added four new designers and two new administrative members to our dynamic group. During the next month, we will be featuring and introducing our newest staff members here on our blog.

Our first introduction is Nazanin Parhoodeh.

Nazanin Parhoodeh joined the Blackbird team in January 2020. She is excited to pursue her passion for architecture in a highly creative and collaborative environment. Before moving to Santa Barbara, she worked as an architect in Iran. She also worked as a project architect in Toronto, Canada.

Nazanin’s admiration for design excellence and sustainability is perfectly aligned with Blackbird’s design and aesthetic philosophy. To her, meaningful, enjoyable architecture evolves from an integrated project delivery — a creative response to a specific project context through a close collaboration of all involved.
