Under Ty Warner ownership, this project was the master plan and building design for a historic oceanfront site integrating existing facilities with new buildings such as lobby/reception, convention hall, poolside restaurant, and spa/wellness resort. The design included a 100 seat premier resort restaurant and bar with extensive back-of-house requirements, as well as multiple café points of sale for informal/café experiences. Extensive modeling and view studies were performed as a part of identity/branding development and site planning.
