Aquatics Facility
Adolfo Camarillo High School

In collaboration with Arch-Pac Aquatics, the site planning of this new aquatic facility focused on showcasing dramatic views from the pool deck of the surrounding mountains. The facility houses a 34 meter by 25-yard rim-flow pool with a dedicated dive area, and the new aquatics support building features locker and team rooms, coaches’ offices, restrooms, indoor and deck showers, as well as storage and mechanical areas. New stadium lighting and a new scoreboard provide a high-functioning competition venue. Building design provided outdoor shower areas with ribbons of glazed concrete block highlighting school colors. High-efficiency pumps and filters provide significant energy savings and reduce maintenance costs.
