Ortega Home

This house draws architectural cues from its California Craftsman Bungalow neighbors and adds a fresh modern spin with an open living plan, modern finishes, and elegant details. Designed on a compact urban infill site in Santa Barbara, the architect’s and project’s choice of sustainable materials, the modest amount of space, native landscape, and energy-conscious design all exemplify green living on all levels.
